Certificate Integrity & Verification Policy
Last updated 18 October 2026
Every certificate issued by IICPC Pvt Ltd for QuantFest, Codefest and the IICPC Boot Camp can be checked on this site against IICPC's official records. This page explains how that works and what to do if a certificate does not verify.
How verification works
- Every certificate carries a unique Certificate ID, for example
IICPC-QF26-R0051-A7E5P9, and a QR code that links to its verification page. - When an ID is entered, the certificate is rendered live from IICPC's system of record. Nothing is served from an uploaded file.
What a verified result means
A certificate page marked “Verified · Issued by IICPC” confirms that IICPC issued a certificate with exactly the details shown: the recipient's name, event, stage, rank, institution and issue date. If a copy of the certificate you were shown (a PDF, image or screenshot) differs from the page, the copy has been altered and the page is authoritative.
If a certificate does not verify
- Check that the complete Certificate ID was copied, including the final six characters.
- If it still does not resolve, the certificate was not issued by IICPC in that form and should be treated as unverified.
- For privacy, the site gives the same “not found” answer whether an ID does not exist, has a wrong share token, or belongs to a participant who has not consented to public verification.
Reporting a discrepancy
If a certificate you were shown doesn't match its page here, or its ID doesn't verify at all, use the Report an issue button on the certificate page or on the “No certificate matches” page. Select the details that differ and, if you can, paste the link to where you saw it, such as a LinkedIn post. You can also email info@iicpc.com. IICPC investigates every report.
Privacy by design
- Certificates cannot be searched by name, institution or rank, and there is no public list of them.
- A certificate can only be opened with its complete ID, which only the certificate holder can choose to share.
- Certificate pages are excluded from search engines.
- Certificates are shown only for participants who consented to public verification.
See the Privacy Policy for details.
Corrections
If your own certificate contains an error, such as a misspelt name or an incorrect institution, open your certificate page, choose Report an issue and then “This is my certificate and a detail is wrong”, using the email you registered with. You can also email info@iicpc.com from that address with your Certificate ID. Corrections keep your existing Certificate ID, so links you have already shared continue to work.
